EAMES is a unique dance vision of two legendary artists and designers: Ray and Charles Eames. Informed by their irresistible originality, EAMES explores the crucible that was the 1950’s in America. The design of our living rooms – and of our relationships – still feels the influence of the fearless painter and the charismatic architect who passionately loved their art…and each other.
"Damrow’s choreography was clever, varied and unexpected...An erudite, multi-layered piece, Swallow takes a deep dive into form and structure while simultaneously unveiling a number of embedded narrative themes." -Heather Desaulniers

From first to last breath, what carries us though our physical state of being? In Swallow, eight dancers traverse through the journey of self-discovery, testing their emotional and physical strengths along the way. Damrow’s powerful movement plays throughout composer Aaron Gold’s sonic landscape, creating a motion picture of all the things we confront and overcome in life.
