Materials will be presented for a wide range of ability and experience in order to investigate the balance of leading and following in a Contact Improvisation setting. This is often framed as "listening" and "speaking" (with the area/s of physical contact). We will work to deconstruct our patterns in this realm in order to stay more true and present and to empower our co-creation of opportunities in the dance. Comfortable Clothing that covers elbows and knees recommended.
