We welcome those curious to go beyond technique and sink further into movement expression: virtuosity to fine-tuning, exploration to creation. Daily Contemporary forms class will safely bring our bodies into athleticism, efficiency, healthy alignment, and momentum-based mechanics. Lunchtime will be a time to re-energize and connect in conversation with each other. Afternoons will be spent with KDC collaborators and Artistic Director Kristin learning from the company’s approach to creative practice, movement generation, and choreography.

WORK 004 welcomes all movers. Advanced or intermediate level recommended.
No audition or application. Participants will be required to show proof of vaccination and will complete a liability waiver before attending. We will be following COVID health and safety guidelines provided by the city of San Francisco, the CDC, and the Joe Goode Annex.
In response to the financial hardship for artists navigating these times, we have subsidized our programming to offer full and partial scholarships. Please email kristin@kristindamrow.com with a one-minute video or written paragraph with an introduction and your expression of interest. Inquiries will close July 26th, 11:59pm.
