Our summer series was such a hit, we’re keeping it going! I’m thrilled to continue offering Intermediate/Advanced Contemporary classes in the East Bay through December.
Class is designed to challenge your body and deepen your practice in a fun, supportive environment. We start by tuning in, build heat through dynamic movement and improvisation, then move into floorwork, soft acrobatics, and expansive choreographic phrase work. Expect to get fully embodied, creatively engaged, and moving with power, fluidity, and a bit of joyful abandon.

Drop-in class: $25 in advance or at the door
Pay-what-you-can pricing is available for artists

7-Class Card ($21/class): $147
5-Class Card ($22/class): $110
3-Class Card ($23/class): $69
Missed classes on class cards are nonrefundable, but the credit may be applied to a future class or workshop.
